What future for regional TV?
04 November 2004This ippr north conference, held in Manchester, gave key regional players their first opportunity to debate the outcome of Ofcom's review of public service broadcasting as well as the BBC's Charter Review.
It discussed the future of regional broadcasting focusing on national commitments to public service broadcasting, the role of regional production and news output as well as tackling who should pay in an increasingly competitive market.
