Previous work

David is a researcher in ippr's Global Change programme, where he focuses on international climate change policy. He jointly coordinates research and advocacy for the Global Climate Network, an influential alliance of independent and progressive think tanks located in nine of the world's leading economies.

Prior to joining ippr in April 2009, David worked at the Fabian Society. He holds an MA with distinction in Contemporary European Studies (‘Euromasters’) from the University of Bath and the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences-Po), and a BA Honours degree in French and History from the University of Warwick.
